On a daily basis, ALLIED Group Mortgage Company employees touch the lives of many people. Great care is taken to employ the right personnel and train them to deliver Premier Service to the fullest extent possible. Each borrower expects to receive our undivided attention when contacting our office. We firmly believe that anything less than that is unacceptable. The challenge is to find and develop talented individuals and to ensure they have the tools, systems, and processes needed to be successful. We are fortunate to be located in the nation's heartland, particularly as Iowa is well known for its top notch educational systems, and its quality of life. Consequently, a supply of well educated people, with a good work ethic, is the norm. As a result, we experience excellent productivity, leadership, and teamwork in delivering Premier Service. The interaction of our workforce extends beyond the confines of their daily job related duties. Our employees take part in a variety of activities to help people in our communities who are in need. Those actions take various forms including fund-raisers, food collection, donating Christmas presents, and teaching assignments. Responsible citizenship is worthwhile, as it improves the quality of life in which we all share. This in turn enhances business potential. The strength of ALLIED is our employees.
