Rolland K. Riley is co-founder of the Company, and has been President since its inception in January of 1987. A mortgage banker for over 25 years, Rolland has been a senior officer of mortgage banking firms headquartered in Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana and has extensive experience in residential mortgage banking throughout the United States.

John J. Amelse is a co-founder of the Company and has been Executive Vice President since its inception in January of 1987. John has been a senior officer in mortgage banking since 1976. Active in various trade associations, he has served as President of the Iowa Mortgage Bankers Association and was named the 1993 Iowa Mortgage Banker of the Year.

Joanne K. Konz is Vice President-Production of the Company. She has been in charge of the retail production and correspondent lending areas since January 1987. Joanne is a mortgage banker with over 20 years experience and is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) School of Mortgage Banking. Joanne currently holds the office of President of the Iowa Mortgage Bankers Association.

Kristie F. Van Pelt has been Vice President-Treasurer of the Company since April 1989. Kristie passed the certified public accountant exam in 1988 and is a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking. Kristie is a member of the MBA's Future Leaders Program and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Barbara A. Hiltbrunner has been Vice President-Loan Administration since 1989. Barb has been a loan servicing manager since 1972. She is a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking and is currently serving as a board member of a local credit union. She and her experienced staff ensure Premier Service after the loan closes.

Joyce L. Webb is Assistant Vice President-Operations and has been with the Company since 1987. Joyce has extensive experience in underwriting, document control, loan shipping, secondary marketing, and is a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking. She is currently a board member of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) and a member of the Fannie Mae Risk Management Advisory Council.

Lisa L. Modlin is Assistant Vice President-Accounting. Lisa has been with ALLIED Group since 1987. She has extensive experience in cash management and treasury functions. Lisa is enrolled in the MBA School of Mortgage Banking.

Deborah L. Iglehart has been the Assistant Vice President-Loan Administration since 1990 and is responsible for Customer Service, Escrow, Investor Accounting, and Loan Administration Training. Debbie is the liaison with our computer service provider and strives to improve efficiency through automation. She has over 15 years experience in mortgage banking and is a graduate of the MBA School of Mortgage Banking.

Rodney W. Leach is Assistant Vice President-Information Systems. Rod has been with ALLIED Group since 1991. Rod has served many roles in mortgage banking including auditing, purchasing, shipping, processing and underwriting. While in underwriting he earned the FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter designation. Rod moved into the Information Systems area in June of 1995, where his job is to help ALLIED improve its position and grow with the use of technology.
